Student files Las Vegas escort agency for two million dollars as he was not satisfied

H. Blackman felt disappointment when the girl spent just half the time she had to be with him - and he named it the tragic impropriety. He paid the agency one and a half hundred dollars for the girl to make for him a lap dance and then one hundred and twenty for the sexual contact. He states that he paid for the hour, but the girl stayed for only half an hour. Mr Blackman told that he called the agency next morning to ask his money back. He told the agency he was not able to make the decision in the evening as he was a bit drunk. The agency refused to refund and that’s why Mr Blackman called metro police but they told him that he could be arrested - as prostitution in Las Vegas is illegitimate.

But they advised him that he can contact the BBB, he followed the advice and filed a charge, telling: 'The girl from escort made an illegal sex act during the time of her paid service.'The suit Mr Blackman filed without an attorney, he told that he would like that the court to closed the whole business. He also would like to get his two hundred payment and an almost two million dollars verdict for the tragic impropriety that took place. He told that now he needs medical service for a condition relating to the event, as the level of his trauma is big enough. Mr Blackman told that the dancer solicited the sexual contact - but he confesses that he knew that the prostitution is illegal in the city, the Las Vegas Sun informs.
